Residential StaffEach residential staff member pours their life into 8 kids for a year, working with and through difficult situations, giving them a taste of the character of God, and giving them a part of your life.

Residential DirectorEach Residential Director oversees two of the on-campus houses for the residents and will entail the care and encouragement of the staff in those houses.

Licensed Professional CounselorThe counselor will act as the communication liaison between Heartlight and the family, to ensure effective communication to both groups, and communicate necessary and pertinent information when needed.
