Before joining Heartlight, Meagan Manning served with a nonprofit supporting homeless youth, where she helped with life skills coaching and organizing community resource events. Over the years, she has worked with kids in many capacities—from lockdown residential treatment centers and group homes to transitional living programs, summer camps, and youth ministry.
With a deep passion and calling to serve and minister to young people who have faced adversity, Meagan openly shares the gospel and strives to create an environment of hope and healing. She brings encouragement, accountability, and motivation to pursue God into every space she serves. Outside of work, Meagan enjoys painting, wakeboarding, snowboarding, camping, and hiking.
