Faith earned her degree in psychology with a minor in art from the University of North Texas. Before joining Heartlight, she spent five years working as a daycare teacher and has served in a variety of roles involving kids and teens—as a mentor, tutor, babysitter, youth group leader, and behavioral technician. Through every experience, her heart has been the happiest when working with young people and leading them closer to the Lord.

Faith brings a joyful and lighthearted presence to the team, marked by her goofiness, warmth, and positive attitude. She loves creating spaces where students can feel known, encouraged, and deeply loved. Outside of work, Faith enjoys drawing, gardening, exercising, and spending time with animals.
