Before joining Heartlight, Mario served as a youth coach through a summer church program and worked as both a sports coach and teacher’s aide. Through these experiences, he discovered a passion for helping others and walking alongside teens through life’s challenges.

Mario brings a lighthearted, fun energy to every environment, helping students feel comfortable and seen even in difficult circumstances. Known for his easygoing personality, sense of humor, and positive mindset, he connects naturally with those around him and brings encouragement wherever he goes. Outside of work, Mario enjoys playing sports and listening to music.
