Shannen earned her bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU–Idaho. Before joining Heartlight, she worked with a youth summer camp, nannied for several families, and served with her church’s summer program for the past two years. Through these experiences, she discovered her passion for helping others grow into the person they were meant to be.

Shannen believes everyone is worthy of love and sometimes just needs a little extra support along the way. Known for her positivity, warmth, and joyful energy, she brings an optimistic outlook and unconditional love for everyone she meets. Outside of work, Shannen enjoys crafting, reading, and working on puzzles.
